IvoryDeal is an online store operated by MACSCALE OPERATION SASU., serving customers in Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire and across West and Central Africa, including Nigeria, Ghana and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
What we do
We curate products from a vetted network of manufacturing and fulfilment partners and bring them to you directly, without the markup that comes from holding retail floor space. That model is what lets us offer free delivery on every order to Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire rather than treating it as a promotion, and flat zone rates for the other countries we deliver to.
How we work
- Free delivery to Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire. Every order to these two countries ships free. There is no minimum basket value. Other countries pay the flat rate for their zone, and the other WAEMU countries ship free on orders over 50,000 FCFA. Cash on delivery orders get a call from us the same day to confirm the order and agree the delivery day.
- Direct sourcing. We ship from partner facilities in Poland, China, Hong Kong and elsewhere, chosen per product rather than per order.
- A 30 day return window. If an item is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it unused and in its original condition.
- We put things right. Some routes cannot provide end to end tracking. Where that is the case, or if anything arrives damaged or not as described, contact us and we will put it right.
What we will not do
We would rather set expectations correctly than oversell. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, because weather, customs and carrier backlogs are outside our control. We say so plainly on our Shipping Policy rather than burying it. If something goes wrong with your order, contact us and we will work it out case by case.
